Morning routine - order and use
1. Ai
Dab it on and let it dry. It will sting as long as the skin is open, but the minerals will help you a lot. If you are treating a child, it may be a good idea to dilute Ai halfway with water so that it doesn't sting too much.

Optionally use Calm Face Cream if your eczema is on your face. It is a soothing cream that will nourish and reduce redness.

2. Repair Salve & Vitamin E
Apply Repair Salve. If the skin is directly open and weeping, I recommend mixing a few drops of Vitamin E into your Repair Salve to increase regeneration and prevent scar tissue.
