On a daily basis, you can use my e-vitamin against pollution and signs of aging by putting a few drops in your cream, or you can use it directly on the skin for reconstruction after wounds, scar tissue, etc. However, when treating wounds and/or scar tissue, you can mix vitamin e with a dab of Repair before applying it.

To avoid sun damage, you can use the 100% pure vitamin E in your sunscreen. I use a few drops of Vitamin E in the palm of my hand and mix it with my sunscreen. Several of you write that you experience less or no irritation after sunbathing with this advice.

Vitamin E is also great for hair. We are probably all familiar with the many hair products that contain vitamin E. You can easily add more power to your hair treatment or conditioner by adding a few drops of vitamin E to your hair treatment.

If you are a new user of vitamin E, or if you have sensitive skin, it is a good idea to mix it up gently with an oil or cream for the first few days. You can always increase your consumption once you have felt whether it works for you.
